User diaries
- While we do not allow returns, we do allow exchanges within 15 days of delivery
- You can request an exchange for a different size of the same product or a different product free of cost
- All the tags and article condition should be intact and the product must be in its original packaging for the exchange to be processed
- If you are not able to choose from the styles available at the time of exchange, you can opt for a refund in your PPC Wallet, which can be used for future purchases
- Please note that sale products cannot be exchanged except in cases of manufacturing defects
- We aim to ship all products within 4-7 days of your order being placed
- As we don't mass-manufacture, there may be exceptional circumstances when your order might take longer to deliver, in which case we will inform you well in advance
- If you require express shipping, this may be available at an extra cost
