• While we do not allow returns, we do allow exchanges within 7 days of delivery
• You can request an exchange for a different size of the same product or a different product free of cost
• All the tags and article condition should be intact and the product must be in its original packaging for the exchange to be processed
• If you are not able to choose from the styles available at the time of exchange, you can opt for a refund in your PPC Wallet, which can be used for future purchases
• Please note that sale products cannot be exchanged except in cases of manufacturing defects
• Returns/exchange not applicable on international orders
• COD/Express shipping charges are not refundable under any circumstances

Domestic orders

• We aim to deliver all products within 5-8 working days of your order being placed
• As we don't mass-manufacture, there may be exceptional circumstances when your order might take longer to deliver, in which case we will inform you well in advance
• Express shipping is available for prepaid orders at an additional cost of ₹400 per order

International orders

• International shipping is available for prepaid orders above ₹5,000
• An additional shipping charge of ₹2,000 is applicable (This does not include duty/customs which is required be cleared on arrival in your country)
• We aim to deliver all products within 12-15 days of your order being placed
• Please note that international shipments cannot be returned/ or exchanged
